What is it?

Almost a decade of knowledge and experience in the fitness industry made accessible to you, for you to learn, absorb and benefit from.

The fitness industry is filled with misinformation, myths and straight up lies. Once you have learnt the fundamentals of training and nutrition, you become a lot less susceptible to the health and fitness nonsense that is rife these days.

Why i created T.e.c.

My goal with any client is to one day make them self-sufficient. Knowledge bridges the gap between dependency on a PT and independence.
